Who we are.

We began the company to provide a customer service-oriented approach. We’re not trying to sell new products to our customers and have no hidden agenda. We’re simply looking to provide the best quality service to our clients that we can for the equipment that they currently have. We can extend the life of their product so that they can get the best return on investment from that product. We repair around 75,000-85,000 devices per year for over 350 different customers and we’re able to ship to over 3,000 locations. It’s kind of a cliche, but we’re big enough to handle the volume, but we’re small enough so that you can still get somebody on the phone.

Repairs are made in a timely manner without sacrificing quality because at TSI, we believe that our customer’s success is our success.

We are uniquely positioned to support a wide range of equipment, giving our customers a single source for support. This results in both time and financial savings.

TSI has the ability to prolong equipment life, even after the manufacturer discontinues support, thus maximizing the life of the product.
Sustainability
TSI refurbishes electronic boards, which reduces turn-around time, is environmentally friendly and allows cost-savings to be passed on to the customer.
Quality Control
TSI is ISO 9001 complaint and adheres to strict repair protocols and manufacturing specifications to maximize the efficiency and security of products. All repairs are done in-house.
Personalized Service
All calls are professionally handled by employees, not through an automated attendant.
In House Component Level Repair
TSI replaces individual defective components rather than just swapping boards.
Customized Reporting Options
TSI’s Customized Reporting includes repair trend analysis, tracking and managing assets, and other custom reports that would help businesses in their day to day management.
