Do you offer on-site repairs or only in-house repairs?

No, we only offer In-House Depot Repair. If on-site is required we may utilize one of our on-site partners.

What is your pricing structure for device repairs? 

Pricing is based on the device, its estimated failure rates etc.  We can reduce the cost of manufacturing maintenance by as much as 50%.

How can I track the progress of my device repair?

Tracking the progress of your device repair is simple. Upon submitting your repair request, you will receive a unique tracking number, which can be used to check the status of your repair through our website portal. Simply log in to your account and enter the tracking number to access real-time updates on the progress of your repair. Our system will provide you with information such as the current repair stage, estimated completion date, and any additional notes from our technicians.

What if my device is not repairable? Do you offer replacement options?

Unfortunately not all devices are repairable due to various reasons such as extensive damage, outdated technology, or unavailability of replacement parts. 

If your device is deemed unfit for repairs, our customer service team will work closely with you to explore available replacement options. This may include providing recommendations for suitable replacement devices or assisting you in sourcing a replacement device that meets your needs and budget.

We have partnerships with leading manufacturers/suppliers and can also offer budget saving refurbished devices. This allows us to offer a wide range of replacement options for devices from various brands and models. Our team will provide you with transparent and honest advice, taking into consideration your specific requirements and budget constraints.

Do you provide any ongoing maintenance services for devices after repairs?

Yes, we offer various turn time return and repair programs like our 3-Day Depot Repair program.  We also offer advance exchange programs with spares management.
