Cayce founded TSI to provide a customer-oriented business approach to electronics repair services. Cayce was one of the first women to receive an Associate Degree in Computer Electronics from Baton Rouge School of Computers in 1990. Cayce worked as an electronics bench technician, a field service engineer and held various positions in sales, marketing and service management before starting her company in 1995. Cayce served as a volunteer on various boards for St. Louis County Government and Missouri Technical College.
Cayce credits her Dad, Mr. Joseph Robinson, an executive for NCR Corporation for over 35 years, for inspiring her to go into the computer electronics field and always emphasized providing excellent customer service, in order to be successful.
