Honeywell CK30 Setup
Battery Setup – When you receive your CK30, the battery will need a full charge. You can do this using a single-slot charging cradle or a multi-bay charger. Charging via USB is not supported.
Connect to Wi-Fi – Once your battery is charged, connect your CK30 to Wi-Fi by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Wireless Config. From there, choose “Find WLANs,” select your network, and enter the password to connect.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
CK30 Won’t Power On – Try a cold boot. Remove the battery, then press and hold the Power and Scan buttons together. Reinsert the battery while holding the buttons. Release after a few seconds and attempt to power on. If this doesn’t work, a professional repair may be needed.
Damaged Display – Drops or heavy use may lead to a cracked or unresponsive screen. Screen replacement is often the best fix.
Cleaning the CK30 – Wipe the device down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive materials to keep your device in good condition.
