How It Works

Device Collection

Warranty Verification

We take over the verification process by directly communicating with manufacturers. We confirm whether the device is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and identify any warranty terms or exclusions. Device Repair or Replacement

Once the warranty coverage is confirmed, we coordinate with the manufacturer to handle repairs or arrange for a replacement if needed. Throughout the process, we provide updates to keep you informed and minimize any disruption to your operations.

Device Return & Tracking

After the repair or replacement is completed, we carefully inspect the devices to ensure they are fully operational before sending them back to you. We also provide detailed documentation for each device, including warranty status, repair history, and tracking information, so you can easily manage your equipment and ensure everything is functioning as expected.
